The entire process was effortless and from start to finish took only about 2 months...well 3 with the final wait but truly enjoyable. I'm so glad that I got the luck of the draw not saying that the other consultant aren't as good but Mr. Baughman was on his A game. I appreciated his timeliness in getting this done.

Our unpleasant experience WAS NOT Mr. Baughman's fault. His wife had a baby in the middle of the transaction. However, everyone I dealt with after he left for family leave was mostly incompetent. Our closing was rescheduled THREE times due to no fault of our own. We ended up getting a much larger payment than was originally quoted. Both companies paid our taxes, so, 2 months later, we're still trying to have the duplicate refunded to us. No one can seem to find it. This was the WORST refi.
