Better communication. Also my current loan company kept harrassing me about my September payment and telling me they were going to send me to collections because they didnt have any information on my refinance. I did not have enough information or communication to make this not a stressful situation. When I did talk to Ron he was great, friendly, and helpful.

Faster respond and better closing process. All the information that I had to fill out at closing should had been fill out already by your processor. This was a refinance and it was no need to take almost two hours and numerous call to your office.

The lack of communication on the status of the loan. I had to call to get status and I was never called about the date of the closing. The title company messed up the paperwork three times. The night before the closing I was contacted by a person asking me what time would be good for her to show up.

Communication was subpar. For example, I received a phone call on the day of closing stating they had to change the time of my closing from 5 to 6 p.m. The issue, I was never informed of the 5 p.m. closing appointment. I could list multiple examples.

He kept telling me whenever we would get new documents to please send back ASAP, like it was a life or death situation.
