Loan went smooth and easy. I know Ray is busy but the only thing is response time could have been a little better. The Loan processor Yubin Zhu was great and responds quickly to any questions.

All process was excellent. For now, just waiting on you guys to correct my principal loan amount since we have a small $$$ discrepancy. I have been waiting for Ray to correct the discrepancy but nothing yet. The loan was taking into consideration a $300 approx charge that was not part of the agreement and Ray Gimenez said he was going to send a refund. I explained to Ray that a refund is not correct. What is right is to decrease the loan amount for the improper charge. Waiting on answers.

Communication was difficult, but I’m attributing that to the high volume of cases during the COVID-19 financial flux and a high number of those requesting mortgages. Overall experience was pleasant and ran smoothly.

Ray misrepresented his company with phony promises. He also was slow or sometimes unresposive to calls. I would not recommend Ray to anyone. However, the off of Intercontinental Group did an excellent job handling my loan. I would like to especially thank Aaron .... thanks to him we were able to close on our new loan.
