About Joshua

It has always been my goal to build a relationship with my clients that helps them to feel respected and valued. I want to show them that my knowledge, honesty and integrity is what empowers me to get the job done for them in a streamlined and professional manner. I work hard for my clients loyalty, by making sure to respond to their emails and phone calls in a timely manner. My experience in the industry is what helps me to find the best overall program and savings. I understand that financing or purchasing a home is usually the largest and most stressful transaction anyone will have to deal with. I will be with you every step of the way to make sure you have someone to answer your questions and make sure everything is transparent. ICG Mortgage works with clients looking for both short term and long term opportunities. I have an advantage at ICG Mortgage , being a direct lender, it makes it so we can offer you options that are not available through other lenders. Being a direct lender can allow us to provide financing to clients who have been turned away due to negative equity, lack of down payment, high debt-to-income ratios, or simply because their current loan has something like private mortgage insurance. My overall goal is to provide the benefits the home can offer and allow you to decide if that is a benefit to you and or your family. I enjoy helping my clients save money or even purchase the home of their dreams. I also like sports and outdoor activities. My family and I enjoy taking part in charitable activities including March of Dimes, Relay for Life and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital just to name a few. I always make sure my clients are just as happy as I feel when I am giving back to the community, because to me they are like my family. Please feel free to give me a call or email me today. Make it a great day!

I had poor experiences with Churchill Mortgage and Chase Mortgage due to lack of or unclear communication. A friend referred me to Joshua, who replied to my initial email within a few minutes and continued to worked very quickly via email and the portal to gather data and process my application. Joshua remained in constant contact and always responded the same day to any question throughout the process.

The truth, You word is your bond. Every document figures were different all the way to the end. Every conversation was different then the loan documents. what was said per phone conversation were different from reality. Just look at every doc you sent. There was always an explanation for each bad documents but for a company that has been around for a number of years you would think that the loan estimate doc's would at least be accurate before you send them out the the applicant, period. Joshua needs to anticipate issues and potential issues earlier in the process. I was asked for docs the same day as closing that should have been requested days earlier. They were known requirements. Joshua is not connected closely enough to processing. It felt clunky and dysfunctional. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. Hard to understand how your teams are not on the same page. I would be challenging for me to recommend your company to anyone based on my experience.
