About Evan

I have been in the Mortgage industry for over 10 years and I have been around it my entire life. Both my Grandfather and father were in the industry making me a 3rd generation mortgage loan originator. I started out at the lowest position and successfully built my way to become a sales manager. I specialize in but am not limited to, Purchases, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, and Investment properties. The mortgage process can be daunting but I work to ensure that every client receives the upmost attention and that I am always available to take your calls.

As a homeowner myself I understand the process and everything you will be going through. I like to have an in depth conversation about your goals and financial standing, based off of our conversation I will present you with several options that will benefit you most. I make sure to stay involved from the very beginning till the day that you close. Many of my previous clients I still speak to today.

I am fortunate enough to have an amazing team behind me, always working to make our clients transaction as stress free as possible. Whether you have a home in mind or need a starting point I am always here to help.

Evan was an absolute joke. I've never dealt with anyone as unprofessional as Evan in my life. Evan NEVER answered simple text messages. Never avail. Doesn't know ANYTHING about closing a loan. He had me fly back to NYC to close, then told me he was waiting on CEMA paperwork. I had to close in a United States Embassy in Mexico while traveling and pay $50 per notary stamp - totaling $500. Evan was the absolute worst business professional I've ever dealt with in my life. STEER CLEAR OF EVAN

Evan said he would have a answer for me the next day, and its been over a week plus, and he doesnt answer emails, calls, text. It seems like all the reviews on him and the company are true.

I never spoke to evan and the few times I emailed him, he never responded. My initial contact was nick, who was great but quickly disappeared and handed me off to a bunch of other people who were calling me and emailing me looking for documents. I would call, text and email to follow-up on documents and the loan process and would often be ignored. If I did receive a response it was "relax, everything is good, everything is ok", when in fact there was an issue. Awful communication in general.
