Attentive is the one word I would use to describe Elizabeth. I don't check my email everyday. She would call and let me know there were action items that I need to attend to. I bought my home in 1979 and I would say this is the best refinancing experience that I have had. I didn't not feel pressured to refinance. The process was so smooth that I thought Intercontinental Capital Group had decided not to refinance my mortgage. The initial quote and final loan amount were nearly identical.

Elizabeth right off the bat recognized that I preferred to use text as a primary means of communication and never attempted to push phone calls. We HATE talking on the phone and it seems insignificant but was extremely important to us! Add to that professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process from ICG. We are so happy we went with ICG. The entire process was quick and seamless and they offered us the absolute lowest rate that over a dozen other loan companies could not match!
