Helping individuals and families either solve solutions using the equity in their home, purchase their dream house, or simply just saving money on a lower rate, is my job. But, It’s more than that. The decision to purchase or refinance is a process most people go through only a couple times in their lives, and with all the changing in legislation, new lending products, and constantly improvement in technology, my job is to make this complicated process as simply and as smooth as possible. I take great pride and satisfaction that I get to help people potentially change their lives for the better.

Being a direct lender can allow us to provide financing to many people who have been turned away due to negative equity, lack of a down payment, high debt-to-income ratios, or simply because their current loan has something like private mortgage insurance. Some fun stuff about me? I grew up on a small farm eventually moving to Des Moines, Iowa where I earned my Undergraduate and MBA from Drake University. I spent two years of that time living in Sydney, Australia before eventually then taking a position with a company who strictly did loans for our veterans and current service men and women, a decision influenced heavily for my love of our country as I grew up with several family members who had and have served. Most recently, for the past 6 years I’ve lived and worked in SWFL, specifically in Naples, Florida partially due to my love of the game of tennis where I coached and taught in my spare time year around. Personally, I have some amazing stories - and professionally - I’ve seen just about everything in the market as I started my career back in 2003. It’s been a heck of ride and it’s far from over!
