Poor communication, terrible follow up. If you like having people you don't know calling you without any notice requesting financial information you'll enjoy this experience. If you enjoy working with people who don't seem to communicate internally...this ones for you. If you like having to follow up...they're probably perfect for you. Finally, if you enjoy sending the same information two and three times..., you'll love this group. It wasn't a good experience for me.

Cassandra was awesome, but I had to ask a lot of questions to get any answers. This loan process took 90 days which is not what was communicate to me. I never knew if I was close to closing or far away. I would just get emails every once in awhile asking for documents. It would be great if ICG would communicate more about the actual process so expectations are set.

Some of the problems stemmed from what were told was due to increased demand and covid related guidelines. Too much time passed between the time we submitted information and what else was needed. Hopefully this will improve once people have more experience with the current borrowing climate.
